Supabae Storage Rls Error

i get "new row violates row-level security policy "as upload error when i upload a file
the pictures are of rls for insert , my code (react.js), and docs
i read the docs and it said to start with check(true) and i tried to implement that . did i do anything wrong? did i miss anything?
