# Ensu by Ente Labs Hi @everyone, we’re excited to announce **Ensu**, Ente’s local LLM app. Ensu is our first step toward a private, personal AI that runs entirely on your device. No ads, no tracking. Just an LLM that works offline and keeps your conversations with you. This is an **Ente Labs** project, and has some rough edges. The intent is to build in public and iterate on feedback. The app is open source, cross-platform, and powered by a shared Rust core. Encrypted sync and more advanced workflows are on the roadmap.
