Cant find Secret Role Key and deidicated ipv4 adress

Hey everyone,

I’ve purchased the Dedicated IPv4 add‑on in Supabase, but I can’t find any IPv4 address in the dashboard. In Settings → API only a legacy JWT secret is shown, and the Service‑Role‑Key field is completely missing. Without the IPv4 host address I can’t update my DATABASE_URL, so the NotiMail app stays with database: unhealthy.

Has anyone run into the same issue or know exactly where the Service‑Role‑Key (or the IPv4 address) should be displayed? Any help would be greatly appreciated—I’m stuck and the project is live.

You use your connection tab at top to get the Direct connection url. That should work for ipv6 and now IPv4 with your option.

Service role and secret key are for rest api and in API key settings.

Hey, first of all thank you so much for your fast response but i cant find my dedicated IPv4 address I bought and it says i have one.

Sorry for being a literal noob but i asked my IDE what i need and it said

What I need:

The Service Role Key (admin JWT) so I can query the Billing API, or
Directly the IPv4 host address assigned to the add‑on (e.g. 34.xxx.xxx.xxx).

I don't have Pro so not sure on where the actual IP address is.
It mainly makes your Database connection work with an IPv4 network.
The REST API is not impacted by it and is not dedicated but is already IPv4 compatible.

But maybe you don't mean service role key. It is used to to bypass RLS in the REST API.

I stand corrected - you'll have to use nslookupnslookup or digdig to verify. I don't think you'll currently be able to see the IPv4 address in the UI.
