CM-21 Tracked APC RC Through WiFi with Phone

CM-21 is the Taiwanese variant of M-113 APC

ESP32 + drv8833 motor driver
The esp32 connects to hotspot as STA, it can also be connected to as AP. It shows the IP in the captive portal (WiFi login pop-up page), just hold and click open to the control UI, no need to figure out and hand-type the IP.
