TML doesn't launch

On version 1.4.4, I tried to launch TML, and it failed, popping up a white window (attached) and not launching.

I have tried verifying integrity, which did nothing; I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft XNA Framework, and restarting my laptop. Attached are some screenshots I took and the Log files.

If anyone needs more information I will try to provide it.

Are you experiencing FPS drops, low FPS, or laggy singleplayer gameplay?
DirectX on Windows may not be working properly and might be causing these issues.
Try using OpenGL using the launch argument in Steam as shown here: https://gyazo.com/a572f60f32424ac1bdbdebb68ead5043

I have not experienced and Low FPS or laggy gameplay on account of TmodLoader does not even launch fully to the selection screen before giving the errors above. All I get is the LaunchUtils/busybox64.exe and then an error window.

I have just tried entering the /gldevice:OpenGL command in steam, and as far as I can tell, it did not change anything.

You have /gldevice:OpenGL/gldevice:OpenGL set in the Launch Options but still get the same crash?
