Can I make veinmine enchantment restrictions?
What I would like for my server is to be able to create some scarcity regarding the enchantment. Is it possible to disable the enchanting table and villager trades so that the only way to obtain the book is through creative mode?

Currently that’s not possible
If you use a fabric server, that is possible by editing the jar and the tags inside (just remove them). On paper tho you would have to edit it from code and recompile
Thank you, it's a paper server and I wouldn't know where to start with compiling java code but I appreciate the help. Is there any chance it will be configurable in the future?
