Why do serverless builds take sooooo long?

I pushed to Github 1.2 hours ago and it says

So it will timeout before it even finishes? This is a fork of https://console.runpod.io/hub/runpod-workers/worker-vllm with minimal changes, so it isn't an unusual image or anything
