Debuging time zone displacement out of range

Hello, there is a well known limit with postgres refusing exotic time zone. My problem is ' how to find the bad file'?
I have scanned with exiftool all my external lib files seeking for the culprit without result or error.
Immich scans by batch of 10000 files. Can i reduce it somewhere to maybe 10 or 100 temporary? (It seems under the driver/middleware config, but my github lecture has not solvef anything...
I do love immich, but i miss half of my photos :/
