Uploads failing with QuotaExceededError

After I upload a bunch of data into a bucket, at a certain point, it stops allowing me to upload things into the bucket, giving the QuotaExceededError. Why is this happening? How is this quota set? What is this quota set to? I was under the impression that the first 100GB are included with the plan, then you get charged after that - how do quotas come into play here?

You have to turn off spendcap.

I also just emptied the bucket, and i am still getting these errors

Your usage charts show that is what is being exceeded?

You had spend cap off when it occurred?

I have had spend cap off the whole time. Usage shows it is over, yeah, but it's 20GB over already, so the error still doesn't make any sense.

No other usage is near limits.

For context: I am uploading about 25K files weighing in at about 30GB. After emptying the bucket, a few more got past, then the errors started again.

If you were allowing billing for overage at the time then I donât know.

Doesn't seem like I should ge this error at all, when spend cap is off.
