Export KiCad Project needs work. As one example, you don't carry the reference designators over to kicad pcb, but they are there in the kicad schematic.

This is a subsequent matter we can deal with after.
There's no 3D Models coming through either, you need to ship those. This can be discused after the .step loading issue I just reported is fixed.
But this error is coming from the fact that no footprint is defined on the sch side. It's a custom footprint, so you may need to compile and ship a "custom footprints for this project" footprint library. idk yet.
