500: "Error creating identity" and "permission denied for table http_request_queue"

/signup on supabase API. For some reason it's failing with 500 with a weird "permission denied" error. This was entirely functional until today and it works on production environment (different supabase project). Any ideas? Log entry (error severity) is attached.Thank you.
