Error connecting to the Immich Android App
Hello. I'm new to Immich and trying to set it up for the first time. I'm running on Windows 11 and looking to host using Docker so I've followed the Docker Compose install instructions. I have Docker Desktop running and I'm able to access my Immich server perfectly through the web app (localhost:2283). I've tried to connect via the mobile app (OnePlus 12, Android 15) but I consistently get the "Server not reachable" error and I've also tried connecting via a mobile web browser at "http://myIP:2283" and it says "This site can't be reached". I've setup an inbound Firewall rule for the port 2283 on my PC already. I can't find any similar issues with workthroughs on the Discord or online so I'm hoping someone might be able to shed some light on the situation!
I'm very new to Linux so learning as I go. I've tried to find and share the docker-compose.yml and .env files (which I saved to the docker-desktop home folder in the linux partition) but that folder is now empty and I don't know why. the docker-compose.yml was exactly as I downloaded it, and the .env had changes to the password, and the library & postgres file paths. I'm also not sure how/where to access the logs. Thanks for reading and I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions.
