Pending Components are not displayed on first navigation

Hi! I've got this TanStack Start project, SPA mode, and I've got a few questions regarding loaders and pending components. Right now, the structure of my routes is:

_auth/
  route.tsx      # Layout file, has an Outlet
  login.tsx      # Login page, has a Google login button
  callback.tsx   # OAuth callback page

_auth/
  route.tsx      # Layout file, has an Outlet
  login.tsx      # Login page, has a Google login button
  callback.tsx   # OAuth callback page

I want to display a loading spinner while finishing the Google login in callback's loader, but all I see is a blank screen.

Can someone shine some light on this behavior? Thanks in advance.
