avatar system should be same for personal orgs as well?

yea so we should probably return
account.avatar_url as a JOIN from the personal org
so basically accounts don't have profile pics, orgs do, we just use orgs for everythingand should we fetch github avatar or not?
ha so if someone connects github, then in the backend if they DONT have an avatar url we should pull their github avatar and use- only after connecting github

github avatar fetch is not added but is relatively easy to implement since it's just a url
you'd want to do it after the user connects a repo or connects a new account via work os
all logins will go through WorkOS in the future
