Offline installer for supabase self hosting on host postgres

I am making an offline supabase compatible postgres setup (out of docker / on host postgres 15), that can be run on separate server.
Can you share some good references, previous work/ attempts to made so?
I am focusing on ubuntu 24.04 LTS, let me know if anyone wants to use that complete offline installer.
It would be - Prepare on a machine - bundle all the deps/repos - Copy to target - Setup
