if that doesn't work try going into the settings page and press the button to update the app stores
and see if that works out
It looks like a dns issue while resolving github.com

This is why the appstore wasn't downloaded (it may be a temporary issue)yeah

try restarting your entire machine
and then see what happens
at this point the problem is on your machine, it's just a matter to figure out why you cannot reach github.com

yea but the log you sent for the nslookup doesn't work so
