Issues with future builds taking too long to test

In one endpoint I use, I made a change and waited for the build but for some reason tests don't seem to start, give no logs, and ends up timing out and failing the build, even when reverting the code to what the endpoint is running on currently. I'm assuming it's a similar issue to https://canary.discord.com/channels/912829806415085598/1437396961870483626 but not sure how to go about fixing it, even when allowing it to scale up.
