Billing Issue

Hi, I need help with a billing problem.
At midnight Dec 9, 2025, 3:00 AM GMT+7, i didn't run any thing. there were no requests at this time.
It cosume all my money.
I’m requesting a refund
Can someone from the team take a look and help resolve this?
