No public ports found

I'm new to Runpod, and I'm working on an already set up Runpod system to which I'm new too. I run into the following issue:
I'm new to Runpod, and I'm working on an already set up Runpod system to which I'm new too. I run into the following issue:
- created a new pod (as a new user), which worked fine. However, after approx. 1 hour, the pod was deleted. I did not do any specific action that would've triggered this, as it was running some simple test code.
- removed this pod.
- attempted to create a new pod, but got "No public ports found".
- New day: removed the above pod, and gave it a new attempt to create a pod. However, I still get "No public ports found". I'm now 1 hour in, and still no change of this status. In addition, the website page 'console.runpod.io/pods' still shows "loading"
