I can't create foreign key relationships in the UI

I am using supabase on the cloud (supabase.com). While creating a new table I wanted to add a FK to the primary key. But when I opened the FK panel, I couldn't open the reference dropdown (as seen in attachment).
I thought there was an issue with the table specifically, but I'm getting the same thing with other tables. I can not create FK relationships in the user interface. There is no error, the dropdown simply doesn't open.
