SpatieMediaLibraryFileUpload order is reversed?

I have

->reorderable

->reorderable

on my file upload input to reorder the files and I'm expecting the most top one to be saved as no. 1. However, instead the bottom one is saved as no. 1, which I think is confusing. Is this expected behavior though?
