Cannot Login - new install on TrueNas - all updated / configured but cannot login to the app

Hello and good afternoon. I am new to Immich and also just deployed a TrueNAS box to handle these apps amoung others. My issue is after installation and configuration, following these steps on https://docs.immich.app/install/truenas, I cannot login after creating the initial admin user.

I have looked at logs and all I see on the server app is:
[33mFailed login attempt for user (the account I used) from ip address ::ffff:10.5.1.2
{33m[Api:GlobalExceptionFilter~61o37r2l] HttpException(401): {"message":"Incorrect email or password","error":"Unauthorized","statusCode":401}.

I will be honest in saying I am rusty at best with containerized apps and where other helpful logs may be in this application.

I searched around and perhaps I am simply overlooking something simple. The install, performed many times, appears healthy and all apps are running
