ROCm runtime error?

I'm running a remote machine learning container on my desktop with a 7700XT (gfx1101)
I'm running Arch, btw.
I keep getting these errors though.
Are there any packages that need to be installed on the host to enable ROCm? or is just passing the device to the docker container sufficient?
