Custom Domain
It appears that custom domains do not support using the domain without a subdomain. This means I would have to do something like api or www.mydomain.com which is not ideal for a commercial application. Users should be able to go to mydomain.com and not have to type www. Can this be achieved or do I have to cancel my account and find an alternative provider?
