Wamellow not sending greetings

This ServerHey, so the problem is when someone or a bot is joining or leaving in the server the greeting message is not coming in the given channels although the bot have every permission in both of the channel
And when I go to check in dashboard everything looks fine and even test message run
But when someone real joins it does not send message
Last message by the bot was sent on 2nd November after that no welcome greetings.
I checked the bot was online but not sending messages
