iOS app concurrent uploads feature removed?

Hi all, I was away from uploading and maintaining my Immich for a while, but I managed to update from v1.13 to latest (v2.3.1) with no issues. Did the settings for concurrent uploads on iOS got removed? Right now my photos are uploading 1 by 1 and its super slow. I remember the last time I did a bulk backup/upload back around August 2025, I was able to upload 2k+ photos/videos quickly due to the concurrent upload settings.
