Google Social Login with dynamic server url

On preview branches I use dynamically allocated subdomains (via railway, but I'm sure Vercel and Cloudflare do the same), and I noticed that Google Auth Platform doesn't allow me to use wildcards in either trusted origins, nor in callback urls.
So how do people test or use social logins on preview branches or other dynamic url scenarios like that?
