Challenging Research Costs Bug: Arm and Inventory Slots

I installed mods for the first time today, including Challenging Research Costs by Aquila: https://ficsit.app/mod/ChallengingResearchCosts
I've noticed a bug where every single milestone in the HUB and every single research option in the MAM lists +1 Inventory Slot and +1 Arm Slot as rewards (see picture). I double checked the json files in the ContentLib > SchematicPatches folder and they seem to be correctly saying 0 inventory slots and 0 arm slots (see screenshot).
The recipes that are supposed to grant these bonuses (Field Research, for example) seem to be showing the correct number of whatever they specify, while still showing the incorrect number for anything specified as a zero reward.
I tried disabling all other mods to isolate the problem and it's still there, so I think the error is within this mod and not an interaction between mods.
Any words of advice?
