I had an issue for months where my iOS wouldn't upload any new images. I found an album that must have been the issue because no longer backing it up let everything start working again.
I would like to spend the time now troubleshooting (if people have the time) to figure out which photo is causing the issue and why.
I'll see if I can find some logs on the iOS app to attach.
In the past I tried the following to fix it before finding it was a certain album.
Log out/log in
Updating everything
Setting up from scratch
Delete and reinstall the iOS app
