The application doesn't start in Light mode, only in Dark mode

When I run my application, it doesn't automatically open the application with the preferred Windows theme.
• Dark mode works
• Light mode is ignored

We are a programming server aimed at coders discussing everything related to C# (CSharp) and .NET.
