Network agent doesn't use inputProcessors

When the routing agent is instantiated, in packages/core/src/loop/network/index.ts, it takes an agent configuration but only uses some of the inputs:

_agentNetworkAppend: true,
});
In particular, it doesn't pass through the inputProcessors.
This is causing a problem for me because I'm frequently running into problems with the amount of context that accumulates in messages through network calls.
Is this an intentional choice? Or is it just a bug?
