Can an immich server be made on an old android smartphone?
This may be a dumb question so apologies for that- im much more knowledgable with hardware, not software. Anyways, I have an old Galaxy Note 9. I don't use it much anymore since it's so old and the battery and performance don't hold up super well, but the phone still has a huge 512GB capacity, so if it is possible to use it as an immich server, that would be amazing. Unfortunately since the phone is a snapdragon variant, I can't install a custom OS onto it, so i'm stuck with the android 10 OS. Is there any way for me to setup this old phone to use it as a backup server?
Another idea that I had was that if the phone method doesn't work, would I be able to use an old laptop I have to setup the server, then connect the phone to it to use it's storage as the storage for the backup server? and would that be a reliable solution?
