Is anyone else having compatibility issues with Efficiency Checker and Satisfactory Plus?

Specifically the belt and pipe attachments that are suppose to be unlocked when with the MK 3 belt milestone. I think because SF+ altered that milestone, I think, it messed with the Efficiency Checker buildables.
