Help restoring database data.

Hi, I just downloaded Immich again and specified the media location to my external drive where the data is stored. But accidentally I have deleted my Postgres data.
I do have the backup dumps with me.
How do I restore the Postgres?
Also note that I’m attaching the screenshots below, that’s my external drive where the dumps and upload location is situated.
