Supavisor(pooler) keeps restarting in docker with log "Temporary failure in name resolution"

After setting up supabase following DEVELOPERS.md, I encountered some errors while creating a table on studio and after looking in to docker I found that supavisor(pooler) just keeps restarting with "Setting RLIMIT_NOFILE to 100000 hostname:"
