PEP - Platform Expansion Program (Miners)

Hi there!, I am on a dedicated server (I don't own it) and we are having some problems where the miners, randomly stop working and they say that they are not connected to any nodes. At the moment we are having to watch the miners every so often to see if they are working. To fix it we have to delete the miner and the node, replace them and then it will work.
