bedrock crash and driver issues and pc reboot and other things

When i launch with flarial, one of this things happen after ~5 seconds in main menu:
- bedrock crashed (most often)
- driver error message
- pc reboot
second two options sometimes come with rectangles on randomly colored pixels/totally messed up log in screen for windows (but it comes back to normal in several seconds)
when i launch minecraft app (not from any launcher), everything works. Also i stressed GPU (java edition 32 chunks+shaders but on other windows) with no issues.
