502 Error From Nginx when Reverse Proxying Supabase
Hi All,
We're on ubuntu 22.04 here with latest supabase (2025-12-18) in docker. Trying to reverse proxy via nginx proxy manager - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyUr_U6Cma4 pretty much this tutorial to a tee except nginx proxy manager is in its own container versus having it as a service of the main supabase container.
Basically, following this tutorial, when I go to supa.domain.tld or supastudio.domain.tld, it just shows 502 bad gateway with "openresty" at the bottom. Seeing as the tutorial is 2 years old, I can imagine it may be a tad out of date, so I suspect the issue may lie in an npm proxy host misconfiguration. Regardless, I'm not sure what info is required, but whatever that info may be, please just let me know and I'll be happy to provide so I can get to the bottom of this, thank you.
