Do I need to define both "defineRelations" and "foreignKey" ?
drizzle ormPostgreSQLDocumentation is unclear.
https://orm.drizzle.team/docs/relations-v2 have no mention of foreign keys. "Ask AI" said there is no documentation about it but I should define both.
