How to add "Create option" on select dropdown

When using Create option form it add '+' next to select for creating new,

How can I display 'add option' at the last of select option dropdown to trigger the same action as above.

I can use

->belowContent(Action::make('createOption'))

->belowContent(Action::make('createOption'))

to display below select, but looking for a way to display as a part of option dropdown
