TypeError: action is not a function

Have been getting this error message for a while now. It'll happen at random, testing random functionality, and server functions would just fail. I personally startet noticing it after implementing S3 integration, however it could've just been a coincidence. I've also had reports of others having this error. Does anyone have an idea of what's causing this issue?
