User profile mixup during existing session with another user?

Wrong user profile pic is shown sometimes.
Did anyone face a login profile issue and mix up of showing login image and profile of another user on your server? Me and my family members reported it on more than couple of occassions. Its completely random and auto corrects sometimes on refresh or next day.
Observed it with immich mobile app as well as on web login.
Any pointers will be a great help.
Am currently running 2.4.1 version
And I have enabled OAuth with Google for all my users.
