Move upload folder to new immich instance

Hey, after having problems that weren't resolved here I decided to start from scratch and.. It worked! Anyway, Now my "upload" folder, which has files uploaded from my phone is on the old instance. How can I just move it? I can't copy the files there to my external liabary because it has A LOT of folders inside that immich created. About 8,000. What can I do for the images there to appear on the new immich instance?
