How can I re-generate all thumbnails?

I did a very large import of photos using
However only a certain set of photos had their thumbnails generated and function properly.
If I select a range of photos and force re-generate the thumbnails the images and videos all work properly.
But I have SO many photos that this will seemingly be impossible to do from the web interface, is there a command line utility that could either:
- Re-generate thumbs for photos without thumbnails
- Re-generate thumbs for the entire library
Or will I have to write my own script to do so?
