Suddenly Just Stops Mining/Holding LMB

Mod IssueFor some reason, randomly in-game my character will just stop performing whatever action they're doing, like mining or attacking even though I'm still holding LMB. I don't know what's up with it but it's really, really annoying.. I have a fair amount of mods so I wanted to just ask if anyone knows what is causing it already before I start sifting through aalll of the mods.
