Allowing an Effect with a Span to Escape its Parent Span
Is it possible to let an effect with an Span "escape" from its parent Span? The use case is that I have an
initialize effect (withSpan) that sets up callbacks (all withSpan too). The undesired result is that the callbacks all report within the initialize's Span, so I need a way to let them "escape" from that. Ideas?
