Proxmox Webinterface Collection

I have Proxmox 9 installed via Debian 13.
I have now installed crowdsec according to the instructions and also the collection v0.1 by fulljackz.
Now I've tried logging in incorrectly several times in Proxmox's web interface but it doesn't bother me.
In the /etc/crowdsec/scenarios/proxmox-bf.yaml file I have
leak speed: "60s"
capacity: 2
stand or on that changed.
Why isn't anyone being banned? Could someone help me or tell me what I'm doing wrong?
