Smart! + Infinite Nudge compatibility

I've used Infinite Nudge for awhile because of the increment nudging options rotation features but recently wanted to try out the Smart! mod. However most features with Smart! require using the scroll wheel, which Infinite Nudge also uses for it's rotation features when you lock holograms. Anyone play with both these mods? Any possible solutions?
