`Grpc.Tools` `docker build` `protoc` crashes

I am developing a grpc server with grpc.aspnet and Grpc.Tools. When I dotnet build locally, everything is fine. Codegen is doing ok, and all stuff located in obj. But when I docker build, error MSB6006: "/root/.nuget/packages/grpc.tools/2.76.0/tools/linux_arm64/protoc" exited with code 139
