Mounted drive keeps changing

Hi, i need help with my immich library, i created folder in /data/immich for the uploaded image to store and it should be mounted on my 2TB HDD but whenever i start upload photos it causes an error and i look back to lsblk command my mount drive disconnected. Has this happened before or it’s my drive issue?
